Oxford Business College marked National Stress Awareness Day on 2nd and 3rd November 2024. The event involved a series of thoughtful activities aimed at enhancing student well-being and stress management across all campuses. The day included a Gratitude Wall, inviting students to share notes of appreciation and foster a positive community spirit. A Wellness Wheel activity encouraged students to set personalized self-care goals across key areas like physical and emotional health, with guidance available from staff. 

The college counsellors also hosted an interactive workshop, “Understanding Stress: From Awareness to Action,” equipping students with practical tools to recognize and handle stress effectively. Additional resources such as fidget spinners, stress balls, de-stress tips, and gratitude journals were provided, encouraging positive reflections and ongoing self-care practices.
