The BA (Hons) Business Innovation and Management (Top-up) is an alternative way of gaining a degree, allowing students to build upon their previous knowledge gained. The course refines skills in strategy and research across disciplines of creative business practices such as marketing and management.

BA (Hons) Business Innovation and Management (Top-up) course awarded by University for Creative Arts, is final year of a UK undergraduate degree course. It enables students to progress and develop skills and knowledge expected of business undergraduate. 

The model of learning is problem-based and real-world which provides the requisite knowledge and understanding of enterprises and the business environment, at both the macro and micro level in which they operate. It helps develop a range of cognitive and intellectual skills together with competencies specific to enterprises in the creative industries, enabling students to succeed in diverse business environments or to pursue postgraduate study.

This course enables students to develop an understanding of business strategy, marketing, strategic planning, and the critical awareness which global businesses demand, with the specific knowledge which is applied for business innovation and management. Students will also be able to provide a proposal for a research topic, which will be conducted over the whole academic year informing and contributing towards final business project.

Under this course, student also study enterprise, sustainability, and business ethics as well as entrepreneurship and creativity.
