The campus is equipped with modern facilities and up-to-date IT resources, along with a cafeteria, vending machines, private study pods, and a spacious auditorium for orientations and events.
Dr Nataliya Shiraz commenced as the Dean of Brentford Campus at Oxford Business College in August 2024. With over two decades of experience in academic leadership, she has made significant contributions to the strategic direction, academic oversight, and development of staff and students at several esteemed Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the UK. Her work has been instrumental in enhancing collaborative partnerships and contributing to the development of institutional learning and teaching strategies at London Metropolitan University, the University of Suffolk, and Ulster University.
Dr Shiraz completed her formal education at UCL, followed by a PhD in English Linguistics from the University of Cambridge (2009–2014). She also holds a Master of Arts in English Linguistics from UCL (2007–2008) and various qualifications in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and Advanced Research Skills. Her academic journey is further distinguished by her attainment of Senior Fellowship of Advance HE and Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Linguistics, where she specialises in education. Before joining OBCFamily, Dr Shiraz served as Campus Director at the Education Centre of Australia in partnership with London Metropolitan University from 2022 to 2024. She also held the position of Academic Director at the Education Centre of Australia from 2021 to 2022. Earlier in her career, she was the Dean of Learning and Teaching at GBS from 2020 to 2021. Dr Shiraz’s tenure at QA Higher Education spanned over four years, during which she held several roles, including Course Director for the Graduate Certificate in Business (Ulster University) from 2019 to 2020, MSc Marketing Course Director (Ulster University) from 2018 to 2020, and Senior Lecturer in Business Research and Academic Writing from February 2016 to April 2020. Her extensive teaching experience includes previous roles as an EAP Lecturer at Imperial College London Business School (2012–2016), Senior Lecturer and English Programmes Leader at Wrexham University (2012–2015), and various EAP Lecturer positions at Birkbeck, University of London, London Metropolitan University, University of Greenwich, University of East London, and University of the Arts London. Dr Shiraz’s wealth of experience, academic achievements, and leadership roles demonstrate her ability to lead and innovate within the higher education sector, shaping the future of teaching excellence and student success.
The London Campus is specifically designed to support the needs of a modern business school like OBC. It features spacious classrooms, advanced IT labs, and a comprehensive library, with a layout and resources carefully organized to foster an ideal learning environment.
In addition to designated student study areas, the campus offers a well-equipped library and IT lab to support students’ academic pursuits. Conveniently situated along the River Brent and just a short walk from Brent High Street, the campus also provides students with easy access to a wide variety of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and pubs.

Parking
It is important for those travelling to the campus by car to be aware that the campus does not provide students with on-campus parking facilities. However, a limited number of parking slots are available for staff & visitors. Additionally, with the Royale Leisure Park not too far away, the students can opt for public pay & display car parks.
