As well as supporting our local community, the College also participates in supporting national charities by fundraising through innovative campaigns. These charities include:
- Cancer Research UK
Cancer Research UK is a cancer research and awareness charity in the United Kingdom and Isle of Man, formed on 4 February 2002 by the merger of The Cancer Research Campaign and the Imperial Cancer Research Fund. Read more
- Age Concern
Age UK is a registered charity in the United Kingdom, formed on 25 February 2009, and launched on 1 April 2009, which combined the operations of the previously separate charities Age Concern England and Help the Aged to form the UK’s largest charity for older people. Read more
- The British Asian Trust (Prince of Wale’s Charity)
The British Asian Trust was founded in 2007 by the Prince of Wales and a group of pre-eminent British Asian business leaders. The Trust works to tackle the widespread poverty and hardship in South Asia to which millions are currently subjected. Read more
- London Evening Standard – The Homeless Fund
The Evening Standard Homeless Fund was established to help tackle homelessness in the capital. It works with the London Homeless Collective, a collation of homelessness charities, many of which will be the recipient of the Streetsmart fundraising initative. Read more
- CareTech Foundation
Established in 2017, the CareTech Charitable Foundation is an independent grant-making corporate foundation registered with the Charity Commission. Funded and founded by CareTech Holdings PLC, the Foundation has an independent Board of trustees responsible for delivering its Charitable Objects. Read more
