He has worked with people from varied nationalities and cultural backgrounds which gave him the skills to deal with issues from a multicultural perspective.
Originally from Brazil, Paulo loves to spend time with his family and enjoys practicing sports such as football and Jiu-jitsu. He is a fitness freak and spends good time working out at the gym.
