Victoria Huxley is an accomplished litigation partner with a strong track record in property and commercial litigation. As a Partner at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, Victoria co-manages the firm’s litigation department, overseeing team development, conducting strategic planning, and leading high-profile cases. Her recent success in the landmark Supreme Court case, Lifestyle Equities CV v Ahmed [2024] UKSC 17, highlights her expertise and strategic acumen in high-stakes litigation. 

With over a decade’s experience in civil litigation, Victoria has progressed through key roles, from Assistant Solicitor to Partner, consistently demonstrating legal excellence and dedication to client success. As a Junior Partner, she previously secured a favourable outcome in the Court of Appeal for Lifestyle Equities CV v Ahmed [2021] EWCA Civ 675, establishing her as a formidable presence in appellate litigation. 

A graduate of the University of Lincoln with a BA (Hons.) in Law, Victoria also holds an LPC with distinction from the College of Law, Guildford.
