Hari has been the Deputy Chief Executive and the Finance Director at the University of Derby Group. An experienced Finance Director/CFO with a demonstrated history of working in both private sector blue-chip companies and large public sector organisations, Hari has deep insight into functions like IT, HR, Estates, Commercial, Legal and Procurement in addition to Finance. 

He worked as Non-Executive Director in the housing, commercial, insurance, sports and leisure, and education Sectors. Besides chairing several large new build projects, multi-million listed building renovations and IT infrastructure/ business systems implementations, Hari led many mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integrations, organisational transformation projects and change management assignments. 

Having prestigious chartered director status and an MBA, Hari holds chartered qualifications in accounting and banking as well. He has also completed a High Potential Leadership Development – Executive programme at Harvard Business School USA.
